What are the precautions for using bridge cranes
Each bridge crane needs to have a label indicating its rated lifting capacity hung in a clearly visible place.
(2) During work, no one is allowed on the bridge or transported by a hook.
(3) Neither those without an operation certificate nor those under the influence of alcohol are allowed to drive a crane.
(4) During operation, the operator must concentrate, and is not allowed to talk, smoke, or engage in unrelated activities.
(5) The vehicle must be cleaned thoroughly; equipment, tools, flammable, explosive, and hazardous materials must not be left scattered about.
(6) Overloading is not allowed for bridge cranes.
(7) Lifting is not allowed in the following situations: loose binding; overloaded mechanical parts; unclear signals; inclined pulling; objects buried or frozen in the ground; people on the lifted object; flammable, explosive, and dangerous goods without safety protection measures; overfilled liquid items; steel wire ropes that do not meet safety use requirements; and malfunctioning lifting mechanisms.
(8) When operating on a route without obstacles, the hook or lifting device, as well as the bottom surface of the lifted object, must be at least 2 meters above the ground. If obstacles are crossed, the height must exceed the obstacle by 0.5 meters.
(9) For lifting objects weighing less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, simultaneous operation of two mechanisms is allowed; for lifting objects weighing more than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one mechanism can operate.
(10) For bridge cranes equipped with both main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks simultaneously (with special exceptions).
