The single-beam crane is equipped with an anti-sway system, enclosed ductile iron rope groove guide rails, and an articulated end beam design. These features not only enhance the human-machine interaction experience but also effectively prevent the occurrence of the "tripod" phenomenon. By adopting energy-saving technologies such as direct drive and variable frequency drive, these cranes operate smoothly and position accurately, thereby significantly improving operational efficiency.

In addition, they are equipped with intelligent functions such as monitoring, remote communication, diagnosis, and automatic control, enabling easy intelligent material handling. As mechanical equipment, routine maintenance is crucial. For example, the temperature of the motor housing and bearing areas should be regularly checked, and attention should be paid to whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration from the motor. Frequent start-ups and shutdowns may cause the motor speed to be too low, which in turn affects ventilation and cooling effects; while high-current starting will rapidly increase the temperature rise of the motor.

Please note that the temperature rise of the motor must not exceed the maximum limit specified in the manual. Additionally, the brake should be adjusted according to the requirements stated in the motor manual. Furthermore, under conditions of low usage frequency, good sealing, and a suitable operating environment, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil in the reducer every six months.

In harsh operating environments, lubricating oil should be replaced quarterly. During maintenance, if water is found inside the gearbox or if the oil surface continuously foams, indicating that the lubricating oil has deteriorated, it must be replaced immediately. When replacing the lubricating oil for a single-beam crane, it is essential to strictly adhere to the oil specifications specified in the gearbox manual, and never mix lubricating oils of different brands.

In summary, routine maintenance should be carried out strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and regular inspections should be conducted on the anchor bolts of the gearbox to ensure that all connecting parts are free from any signs of loosening.

In addition, the maintenance technology of the lifting mechanism of the single-beam crane is also crucial. The oil level sight glass of the reducer should be observed regularly to confirm whether the lubricating oil level remains within the specified range. If the level is below the standard value, lubricating oil should be replenished in a timely manner. The bearing seats at both ends of the drum should be lubricated with grease every two days. The surface of the drum and steel wire rope should be painted as needed. The rolling bearings of the fixed pulley block and movable pulley block should be lubricated once a month.
