1. Key Points for Pre-Operation Safety Inspection

Equipment Structure Inspection: Examine the metal structures such as the main beam and support legs to ensure there are no cracks, deformations, weld separations, or other damages, and confirm that the load-bearing components are in good condition.

Core Component Inspection: Check the wear and broken wires of the steel wire rope, ensure the drum and pulley rotate smoothly with proper lubrication, and replace any components exceeding wear limits immediately.

Electrical System Verification: Inspect that the wires and cables are free from damage or aging, the grounding device is reliable, all instruments and indicator lights function normally, and there are no leakage hazards.

Safety Device Testing: Conduct individual tests on the lifting limit switch, travel limit switch, overload limiter, and emergency stop button to ensure all safety protection devices are sensitive and effective.

Work Environment Confirmation: Clear obstacles within the work area, ensure the ground is level and firm. For soft ground, lay steel plates in advance to prevent equipment sinking or tilting.

II. Key Safety Operation Points During the Task Process

**Startup Procedure**: Before closing the power switch, all operating handles must be set to the zero position. Ensure no personnel are present in the vicinity before starting the equipment.

Lifting Specifications: When hoisting a load for the first time, raise it 10-20cm off the ground to test the reliability of the brake. Proceed with lifting only after confirming no abnormalities.

Operation Specifications: During equipment operation, operators must maintain full concentration and ensure stable running speed. Sudden braking or sharp turns are strictly prohibited to prevent significant swinging of heavy loads due to inertia.

Lifting and Transporting Standards: Maintain the balance and stability of the load. It is strictly prohibited to move or turn rapidly when the load is swinging. No personnel are allowed to stand or pass under the load.

Signal Specification: The command personnel and operators maintain clear communication throughout the process, strictly adhering to preset command signals for operation. If operators have doubts about the signals, they shall suspend operations for confirmation.

**Special Circumstances Handling**: In case of sudden electrical or mechanical failures during lifting, immediately press the emergency stop button to halt operations and conduct inspections. When heavy loads require prolonged suspension in the air, operators must remain at their posts and implement additional wire rope securing measures.

3. Safety Points for Post-Work Cleanup

Equipment Parking: Park the equipment in the designated safe position, raise the lifting hook to a safe height of more than 2 meters above the ground, and return all control levers to the neutral position.

Power Cut: Turn off the main power switch to disconnect the equipment's power supply and prevent accidents caused by unexpected electrification.

On-site cleanup: Remove dust and oil stains from equipment surfaces, organize tools and remaining materials in the work area, and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Record Archiving: Fill in the daily equipment operation records, documenting the operational status and any malfunctions to provide a basis for future maintenance and upkeep.
