Electric hoist bridge crane

Electric hoist bridge cranes are bridge lifting equipment with electric hoists as lifting mechanism. The bridge tray spans over the workshop, warehouse or material yard and runs longitudinally along the track. They can make full use of the space under the bridge for material lifting. The equipment consists of main beam, end beam, trolley, electric hoist and electrical control system, and is welded by carbon structural steel, and complies with national standards such as GB3811. According to the national special equipment catalog classification, the working level is lower than that of general bridge cranes and is suitable for general working places or low-frequency use scenarios. The "Technical Supervision Regulations for Safety of Crane Machinery" issued in 2022 clearly stipulates that the rated lifting weight when lifting molten metals shall not exceed 10 tons, and must meet the M6 ??level working level requirements.

Structural composition

The equipment mainly consists of five parts: the main beam uses a web-wide process to ensure planeness; the end beam ensures the accuracy of the bridge frame; the car includes a running mechanism; the electric hoist realizes vertical lifting; the integrated operation instructions of the electronic control system, in which the drive device can be equipped with different reducers and motor combinations.

Application scenarios

Widely used in factory workshops, logistics warehousing and scientific research sites. For example, the LH-15-16.5 A3 type equipment used in the Kaiyuan Campus of Henan University of Science and Technology supports material lifting and space handling for structural experiment projects.
