How to maintain gantry cranes on a daily basis

When maintaining gantry cranes in daily life, let me take you to understand how to maintain them more appropriately.

Cleaning and Inspection

Clean the dust and oil stains on the driver's cab and exterior surface of the aircraft daily, and clean them once a week.

Check if the brake clearance is appropriate, if the coupling keys and bolts are tightened, and if the fixing bolts of the gearbox are loose or broken.

Check if the electric bell and safety device are reliable, if the brake pads and wire ropes are worn, if the controller contacts are tightly fitted, and if the motor carbon brushes are worn.

Lubrication and fastening

Apply oil to lubrication points such as rolling bearings, gear couplings, reducers, motor bearings, and brake hinge points.

Check and tighten all wiring sockets and screws to ensure reliable electrical connections.

Pre operation inspection

The hook head and pulley are free of defects, the steel wire rope is intact and firmly fixed, and there is no groove detachment.

The brakes of the large, small, and lifting mechanisms are safe and reliable, all transmission mechanisms are normal, safety switches are sensitive, and the lifting limit and the limit of the large and small vehicles are normal.

When there is no abnormal noise during driving, turn the controller handle to zero, close the doors and windows, and sound the alarm bell before driving.
