1. Driving must be in normal condition, especially safety devices such as braking mechanisms, sound and light, signals, interlocking devices, etc. must be sensitive and intact.

2. During the work process, the operator should concentrate and spin the crane before lifting. The lifted object should be lifted 100-150mms off the ground. If it is found that the lifted object is not tightly tied, it should be re tied. Before driving, the signal bell should be sounded first; Lifting objects must not pass over human heads. When the overhead crane is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to repair, inspect, refuel, or wipe the parts. If any faults are found during operation, the crane must be stopped immediately.

When the work is terminated, the overhead crane should be parked on the parking line, the hook should be lifted into place, and heavy objects should not be hung on the hook. Place all controllers and control levers in the zero position, pull off the power switch, and lock the cab door.

4. The bridge crane bi must be equipped with reliable and sensitive safety devices. Generally, there are buffers, limiters (travel limiters, lifting limiters), lifting limiters, windproof rail clamps, etc.

5. The casing of all live parts of the crane should be reliably grounded to prevent accidental electric shock accidents for operators. Bridge cranes are not allowed to lift under the following conditions:;

(1) No one is directing or the command signal is incorrect.

(2) Defective driving equipment or malfunctioning safety devices.

(3) Overloaded lifting or unclear equipment quality.

(4) People stand on or under the lifted object and use a crane to hook them up.

(5) The light is dim and the vision is unclear.

(6) The lifted object has sharp edges or inclined pull and lift, and no safety measures have been taken.
