Personnel qualifications and status

Operators must undergo Z industry training and obtain operation certificates. It is strictly prohibited to work without a license, under the influence of alcohol, or when fatigued.

Before homework, it is necessary to confirm that the physical condition is good and not to take drugs that affect reaction ability.

Equipment inspection

Mechanical structure: Check that the connectors are not loose, the steel wire rope is not broken or deformed, and the hook has no cracks or excessive wear.

Electrical system: Confirm that cables, switches, fuses, and other components are functioning properly, electrical grounding is reliable, and controllers and limit switches are sensitive and effective.

Safety device: Check whether the lifting weight limiter, limiter, buffvice, etc. are complete and functioning properly.

Lubrication system: Confirm the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil to ensure accurate oil injection at the lubrication points.

working environment

Clear obstacles on the track and confirm that there are no personnel stranded in the work area.

Check the flatness of the track, ensure that the connecting bolts of the fishplate are not loose, and ensure that the grounding resistance of the track is ≤ 4 Ω.

In case of outdoor operation, the operation shall be stopped in severe weather such as strong wind above level 6, rainstorm and lightning strike.
