Key points for daily maintenance of bridge crane

1. Daily maintenance for each shift

Clean up track and wheel debris and dust; Check the brake shoe clearance and brake tightness; Check the lubrication and wire breakage of the steel wire rope; Test all limit, emergency stop, and overload alarm functions; Lubricate the wheel bearings and pulley shafts.

2. Regular weekly/monthly maintenance

Tighten the connecting bolts of the main beam, end beam, and trolley; Check for cracking and deformation of the weld seam; Replace and supplement the oil level and quality of the reducer; Adjust the brake and limit stroke; Check for any damage or leakage in the sliding contact wires and cables; Clean the dust from the electrical control cabinet.

3. Annual major maintenance inspection

Whole machine flaw detection inspection of main beam stress welds; *Disassemble the deceleration and lifting mechanism, replace worn bearings and gears; Verify overload and limit safety devices; Replace the entire steel wire rope with excessive wear and tear; Overall rust removal, paint repair, and anti-corrosion; Submit a qualified report for third-party special equipment inspection.
