Key points for daily maintenance of bridge crane
1、 Key points for basic appearance and component inspection
Appearance inspection: Visually inspect the appearance of the crane daily to confirm that all components are not damaged, deformed, or cracked, and that all connecting bolts are not loose.
Key component verification: Check the wear and breakage of the steel wire rope at point Z, ensure that the hook, pulley, and drum rotate smoothly without any jamming, and replace any parts with excessive wear immediately.
Operation status record: Record abnormal vibrations and noises during equipment operation. If any minor issues are found, immediately shut down and report for repair. It is strictly prohibited to operate with faults.
2、 Lubrication, Cleaning, and Tightening Points
Lubrication maintenance: Massage wipes require regular addition of corresponding brand lubricating oil, inspection of lubrication conditions in various parts, and timely cleaning of excess lubricating oil and debris.
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly vacuum and wipe the exterior of the crane to avoid dust and oil accumulation inside the equipment, which may cause component jamming and failure.
Tightening maintenance: Regularly inspect all screws and nuts, tighten loose connections in a timely manner, and prevent vibration from causing component detachment and safety accidents.
3、 Key points for electrical system maintenance
Component inspection: Check that all electrical components are complete and intact, regularly clean and maintain electrical components, and keep them dry and clean.
Line maintenance: Check all cable lines for wear, aging, and exposure. If any damage is found, replace or repair them in a timely manner to avoid potential electrical hazards.
Performance testing: Regularly check the operating current and temperature of the motor, clean the dust on the motor heat sink, ensure normal heat dissipation, and avoid overheating and burning of the motor.
4、 Key points for maintaining the security assurance system
Limit device inspection: Test the lifting limit and travel limit devices to ensure that the crane operates within the specified range and avoid accidents caused by overtravel operations.
Overload protection device inspection: Verify the reliability of the overload protection device to ensure that the weight of the crane does not exceed the rated load during operation and to prevent overloading operation.
Sensor inspection: Check the working status of various operational sensors to ensure accurate transmission of crane operation status data.
