I. Daily Pre-Shift Routine Inspection Steps

Metal Structure Inspection: Visually inspect the main beam, legs, and lower crossbeam for no open welds, cracks, or obvious deformation, and ensure that connecting bolts are not loose or missing.

Core Component Inspection: Check for broken wires or excessive wear in the steel wire rope, ensure the anti-disengagement device of the hook is intact, and verify that the pulley and drum rotate smoothly without jamming.

Electrical System Inspection: Check that cables are free from damage or aging, grounding devices are securely connected, and all instruments and indicator lights display normally without abnormal alarms.

Safety Device Testing: Conduct no-load tests for lifting limit, travel limit, and emergency stop button to ensure all safety protection devices operate sensitively and effectively.

Lubrication Inspection: Check that the oil levels at all lubrication points are sufficient, with no oil leakage or shortage. Promptly replenish the corresponding grade of lubricating oil if any deficiency is detected.

II. Weekly Deep Maintenance Steps

Transmission System Maintenance: Lubricate the wheels and drive shafts of the walking mechanism, and clean dust and oil stains from the surfaces of the transmission components.

Braking System Calibration: Inspect the wear condition of the brake linings, adjust the pre-tension of the brake springs, ensure the braking torque meets standards, and eliminate any slippage or abnormal noises during braking.

Track Foundation Inspection: Check that the ground track is free of looseness or deformation, with no debris accumulation on either side of the track, and ensure the track grounding connection is intact.

Electrical cabinet cleaning: After disconnecting the main power supply, clean the dust inside the electrical cabinet, inspect the contactor contacts for no burning or sticking, and ensure the terminal connections are secure with no looseness.

3. Monthly Maintenance Steps

Metal Structure Inspection: Conduct non-destructive testing on the main beam welds and leg connection points to detect hidden cracks, measure the deflection deformation of the main beam, and verify that the deformation falls within the allowable range specified by national standards.

Wire rope inspection: Conduct a segment-by-segment examination of the wire rope for wear and corrosion. Replace any wire rope that exceeds wear limits or has an excessive number of broken wires immediately.

Motor Performance Inspection: Monitor the operating current and temperature of the hoisting motor and traveling motor, clean the dust from the motor heat dissipation fins, and ensure proper heat dissipation.

Safety device calibration: Calibrate the weighing accuracy of the overload limiter and adjust the activation travel of each limit switch to ensure all safety device parameters are accurate.

Corrosion and Rust Prevention Treatment: Sandblast the peeling or rusted areas of the equipment, apply anti-corrosion paint, and prevent further rust spread.

IV. Annual Special Maintenance Procedures

Complete disassembly inspection: Conduct disassembly tests on all core components, replacing aged seals and transmission gears that exceed wear limits.

Electrical System Upgrade Inspection: *Replace aged wires and cables, test the insulation performance of all electrical components, and identify potential leakage hazards.
