Pre-operation inspection: Ensure that all components of the gantry crane are intact, including the steel structure, lifting hook, steel wire rope, lifting gear, braking system, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc. Check whether the electrical equipment is functioning properly, especially the cables, switchboard, and control panel. Inspect the hydraulic system for any leaks and check if the hydraulic oil level is normal. Ensure that the gantry crane's travel track is smooth, clean, and free of obstacles.

Observe rated load: Strictly adhere to the rated load of the gantry crane to avoid overload operations. Overloading may lead to loss of control of the crane, equipment damage, or safety accidents.

Professional training: Operator B must undergo professional training, hold a valid operation certificate, and possess certain crane operation experience. Before operation, the operator must understand the technical parameters, operating procedures, and emergency response measures of the equipment.

Clear communication: Before lifting any objects, operators should have clear communication with the commander and signaler to ensure clear signals and avoid misoperations. When lifting, B must be commanded by a designated person to avoid multiple people commanding simultaneously or failing to issue instructions in a timely manner.

Smooth operation: During the lifting process, operators should avoid rapid startup, sudden stopping, or quick directional changes to ensure the crane operates smoothly and prevent objects from swaying or tilting. When lifting, constantly monitor the stability of the object to avoid lifting it too high or tilting it excessively.

Regular inspection and maintenance: Equipment should undergo regular inspection, maintenance, and repair, especially for key components such as the braking system, lifting hooks, steel wire ropes, and electrical equipment. The inspection of equipment should be carried out strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications to ensure that all components are maintained in good working condition.
