Daily maintenance precautions for bridge crane
1、 Precautions for daily operations
It is strictly prohibited to operate with faults: if any small problems such as abnormal noise or vibration are found before operation, immediately stop the machine and report for repair. It is forbidden to operate the equipment with faults.
Eliminate overloading and illegal operations: strictly comply with the rated load requirements, prohibit overloading and lifting, and prohibit unauthorized modification of equipment.
Keep good operation records: Record the equipment operation status after each job, mark any abnormal situations, and provide a basis for subsequent maintenance and troubleshooting.
2、 Precautions for mechanical structures
Regular appearance inspection: Check the metal structures such as the main beam and support legs daily to confirm that there is no damage, deformation, or crack, and that all connecting bolts are not loose.
Lubrication standard implementation: Strictly massage and wipe the corresponding brand of lubricating oil, clean up excess lubricating oil and surrounding debris in a timely manner, and avoid lubrication failure.
Tighten in place: Regularly check all screws and nuts, tighten loose connections in a timely manner, and prevent components from falling off due to long-term vibration.
Regular cleaning: Regularly vacuum and wipe the exterior of the equipment to avoid dust and oil accumulation inside the equipment, which may cause component jamming and failure.
3、 Precautions for Electrical Systems
Regular cleaning and maintenance of components: Keep all electrical components complete and in good condition, keep electrical components dry and clean, and avoid moisture and short circuits.
Timely handling of hidden dangers in power lines: Check all cable lines and replace or repair them immediately if wear, aging, or exposure is found to eliminate the risk of electrical leakage.
Regular verification of motor status: Regularly check the operating current and temperature of the motor, clean the dust on the motor cooling fins, and prevent the motor from overheating and burning out.
